a daughter Catharine who died by May 1603), dau Margaret( dead by May 1603), dau Dorotie/Dorothy, an unnamed son, brother Gilbert Pettigrew, pledges: Sir 
Robert Moore vicar of Santan & Philip Cross & (by June 1603) John Gawne, witnesses: John xxxx & William xxxxx, also: Thomas Craine, surgeon xxxx Woods, 
Robert Atkinson, Mary Woodwork, appraisers in June 1601: Richard Lucas & Robert Vinch & John Kelly & Patrick Kermode, appraisers in April 1602 : Richard 
Lucas & Robert Vinch & John Kelly & Patrick Karran, NOTE, in 1603, Sir Robert Moore vicar of Santan had custody of half the inventory of the remaining child, 
Dorothy, and Philip Cross had the other half, which half was passed to the custody of John Gawne by 25 June 1603.
