Episcopal Will 1602E #148 Lonan will of John Elletson infant died 27 May 1601 intestate:
Summary: mother is alive, sister Annas Elletson (she will be 6 years old next August), illegitimate half brother left a legacy by the father, next of 
kin & supervisor Richard Sedden (the grandmother of John & Annas left Richard as the supervisor [his will in Episcopal books 1623-1628 Malew]), also: 
Sir William Norris, Sir Edward Moore.

will be 6 years old in August 1600 [born August 1594]), unnamed illegitimate brother, Richard Sedden (by the grandmother).

John Elletson infant dyed the 27th of Maye 1601
untested, the churche havinge intelligence thereof 
hathe ordered his syster Annas Elletson administrat: 
and whearas Richard Sudden was  Lefte by the grandmother 
of the sayd chyldren supvisor over them and being 
next of kyn unto them he is by the Courte allowed 
and accepted in the same place,  yt is also in good 
discretion ordered that the mother of the sayd Ann 
will have the custodie and govrment of her sayd 
daughter wth x£[£10] in money deductinge oute of the same 
to Sr Wyllm Norres for his assignes, wch he payde 
to Sr Edward More) xxvs for the vicanb[?] corbes 
and xxvs wch is decreed by the churche to be geven in 
a legasie to a base brother of the sayd infante & 
in consyderacon of the goods of the father of the said 
base chylde     Also the sayd Rycharde Sudden 
hathe in his keepinge x£ of he sayd Annas moneye 
which he is to restore and geve unto the sayd Annas 
when shee come to yeares of discretion uppon penaltie 
of debte value,  also to geve yearelie towards the 
educatinge & bringinge upp of the sayd chylde to her mother 
xvjs  besydes the mother is to allowe yearelie ijs 
oute of everie pounde that is debtless, in her hands and 
if the sayd ----as dye before shee com to yeares of discretion 
that then by reason of the deathe of bothe the chyldren yt is 
ordered that the mother shall have the thyrde pte 
of the sayd Annas her goods and the reste to 
the fathers kinred,   The sayd Annas is vj yeares 
of age at August next ensuinge the date hereof 
if shee lyve she is to have the moneye  if shee dye 
her mother to have the increase in regarde of her 
charges in keepeing of her
