Margarett Elletsonne Aunte by the fathers syde to the chyldren of Wyllm Ellettson deceased is by the Courte allowed to have his chyldren and theyr goods 
due to them by the deathe of theyr father shee fyndinge securite for the good usage of the chyldren as also the foorthe comeing of theyr goods, and Libertie 
geven to her to put in securitie wthin xiiijth dayes and that in the penaltie of xls ad usum Regine wch order shee Refused in Courte and coulde not fynde 
anie securitie for her, Thereuppon X?offer Elletson offered to put in securitie for the good usage of the chyldren as also the answeringe of theyr goods, 
the Courte allowed of him whoe put in sureties for him for the good usage of the chyldren and the answeringe of theyr goods when they com to lawfull yeares, 
Phillipp Lace who standethe bounde in the penaltie of doble value what goods is receyved to answere the same, The xiiijth of October 1603.  Henrie Ratclyffe 
one of the supvisors of Wyllm Elletsons chyldren hath condicones wth Christopher Elletson that he the sayd Christopher shall geve yearelie to the use and 
benefytt of Henrie Elletsone sonne to Wyllm Elletson the use of vjs viijd for the use and occupacon of thone halffe of the fferme and whensoever the wydowe 
leave the the fferme and the sayd Christopher havinge the use of the whole fferme then the to geve yearelie xs[10s] to the use of the sayd Henrie Elletsonne 
so longe as he hathe the use thereof. Also the sayd Christopher doothe covenante that he wyll keepe the houses on the fferme in as good state and reparacon 
as now he receivethe them and for the pformance hereof he hathe put Phillip Lace sureties for him whoe ----- -------  bounde in the penaltie of x£

Peeter Hollm, the xiijth of October 1603:  Margerett Elletson Aunte by the fathers syde to the chyldren of Wyllm Elletson is by the Courte allowed to have 
his chyldren and theyr goods due to them by the deathe of the sayd Wyllm Elletson  shee fyndinge securitie for the good usage of the chyldren as also the 
ffoorthe cominge of theyr goods and that wthin xiiijth dayes to put in securitie or else some other of the kynreyde to be admytted that wyll satisfye the 
Lawe to the full ----ishet -----er she is inioyned to effecte thxxxxxx  wthin xiiijth dayes in the penaltie of xlsad usum Regine wch order shee refused in 
Courte and coulde fynne no securitie for her thereuppon Ch?opher Elletson offeringe securitie to the effecte as Aforesayd was by the Courte allowed who put 
in sureties for him to use the chyldren well and also to answere them such goods of theyrs, as he would Receyve wth them also[?] Phillipp Lace whoe stande 
the bounde in the penaltie of doble value to answere the chyldren theyr goods when they com to lawfull yeares.  Henrie Ratclyffe supvisor of the say 
Ellettsons chyldren hath condiconed wth the foresayd X?ofer that he shall gearelie geve to the use and benefytt of the elder sonne of Wyllm Elletson, vjs 
viijd for the use of thone halffe of the fferme, and if it fortime[?] the wydowe to leave the fferme and the sayd X?offer to have the whole fferme then he 
condicionethe to geve yearelie xs[10s] for the use of the sayd chyldren & wth all pmyssethe and covenantethe that he wyll keype the houses and the fferme in 
as good state, and reparacon as nowe he receyvethe them, And for the pformance hereof the above sayd Phillipp Lace stande the bounde in the penaltie of x£ 
[£10] ad usum Regine. This condicon agreed uppon, the xiiijth of October 1603.  Thomas Clerke the 23th of June 1604 in the face of the Courte holden at
