John Brew 1605

Episcopal Will 1605E #005 Onchan will of John Brew infant, died 18 January 1604/5:   
summary: mother is dead, father Patrick Brew.   
NOTE, that the scribe in some of the parishes started number the new year from 1 January, rather 
than the customary beginning on 25 March (which was not changed officially until 1752).   

Att kk Concan the xth 
daye of Ffebruarie 1605 

Whearas John Bewe Infante dyed the 
xviijth of Januarie, The Churche hathe 
decreed that accordinge to the mothers 
wyll the father of the sayd Infante 
Patryke Brewe to have the goods due 
to the sayd chylde by the deathe 
of his mother
