Whearas Rycharde Oates depted this lyfe the xvjth 
of Ffebruarie untestate, the Churche having 
intelligence thereof hathe ordered his chyldren 
legittimatlie begotten administrat: vz: Robarte, 
Thomas, Christian, Margarett, & Maryott Oates 
and a legasie to the wyfe at the sighte of 
the Inventorie,  Robarte and Christian supvisors 
of the yonge chyldren
			decretum et solvit  ijs 
Invent before the ffeaste of Scte John 
baptiste, sub pena xs ad usum domi:  
Plege for Robarte to bringe in a true 
inventorie and lykewise that hee the sayd
