36       Braddan    The 4th of 7tember 1637
The last will and testamt: of James Stoale who comit--- 
his soule into the hands of the allmightly & his body 
to Xsian burial.  
Itm, to the poore a sheep and 4 bottles of corne.  
Itm, he left to Phillip & Tho Stoale qrter of a mayre, 
& a qrter of a foole.  
Itm, he left to his sister Mrgreat a sheep.  
Itm, to his mother a sheep. He constituted & ordained 
his mother his lawfull execr of all the rest of his 
goods moveable and immoveable.  
Testes: 
Jo: Carrowne, 
Phillip Stoale.  Probatum et Solvit 4d.     
Inventory is contained in the will.    
The execr ---- lawfull yeares hath bound herself to 
dischardge --- --- --------- accordinge to Law
