6 Michaell Wm Quaile departed ys life about ye 26th of 9ber 1637 intestate, whereof ye Church having intelligence hath decreed his 7 Children, Wm:, Mally, Margery, Jo:, Gilbert, Katherin, & Jony Quaile Administrators & ye next of kinred on ye Fathers side Supervisors, ye eldest brother is sworne to bring a true Invent & to be true to ye rest of ye -------- Children. Salvo tamen vinciug suo iure. Decret est et Solvit 8d. Sworne to price ye goods, Jo boi[?] Cannell, Jo: Cannon, Patrick Calmell[?], & Finlo McVoy, Invent: 1 cowe 12 yeares 16s, Itt 1 heiffer a yeare & half oulde 7s, Itt 4 sheepe priced 5s 4d, Itt 3 horses two parts whereof belongs to ye execrs & priced 14s; Itt an ould paire of lomes ye childrens part 1s 8d, Itt 1 pott & spade priced to 18d, Itt 1 barrell & half barrel 9d, Itt 1 yard of linen cloth 8d, Itt some small things in ye house priced to 4d. Jo: Cannell hath bound himselfe with Wm Quaile the eldest of ye execrs who is at lawfull yeares for the forth coming of this Inventory & to secure the office subpoena double ye value ye aforesd Invent ad usu domini. Note that the summe of 31s is proved & confessed to be due debt from ye execrs: therefore it is to be deducted out of ye aforesd Inventr & the remainder for the execrs
