The testament of Jonie Callow wch departed the 3 day 
of July 1637. She bequeathed her soule unto the hands 
of almightie god and her bodie to Christian burial.  
Itm, she bequeathed to the poore one bowle of mault, 
one ferlet of oat meale and 2 sheep.  
Itm, she bequeathed to Isabell Callow one peticote, 
one kerchief and a yeard of cloth.  
Itm, to Ann Callow one petticoat.  
Itm, to Bahie Callow one red peticot and a wastcote.  
Itm, to Margaret Colesh 12d.  
Itm, to Isabell Clucase 12d.  
Itm, to John Quarke 6d.  
To Wm Quarke 12d. To Christian Kermod a yeard of whit cloth.  
Itm, to Katherine Cubbon 3 yeard of gray cloth kerchief 
and the rest of her linen and her ------ to her daughter 
Ellin Quarke.  
Itm due from Patr Callow 13s whereof I leave to himself 
4s and 4s to his brother Mallowing Callow and a heifer 
and the sd ---- ---------- 5s to my executr.   
Itm, to Margaret Callow 2s of the money wch is ---- now 
hands to Rich Corteen 12d of the money wch is in his 
owne hands.

Itm, to her sister Jone Callow 10s conditionally that 
she shall take one of her children and her portion 
otherwise 6s and a sie-----ing.

Itm she constituted and ordained her children  Elline, 
Katharine, Margaret and Bahie Quake her true and 
lawfull executr of all her goods movable and unmovable.

John Covasten[?], John Corkill and Wm Calow, being sworne as followeth:

Itt one maire one follower price 30s,     
Itt one labowering horse price 12s;     
Itt halfe a fishing boate  28s;

Margret daughter of the Testatrix -- ------- ---- 
Ant Katherin Calow, by the Supervisors (wth her part 
of goods) for the forth coming of the aforesaid ---- 
to keep the office harmlesse, the said Katherin hath 
put in Patrick Corkill & Wm Calow surety who have bound 
themselves, their heires, executors & assignes in the 
penalty double the value ad ----. Wm for the forth 
coming thereof according to law as aforesaid.                              

21 August 1655: 
This day Donold Calow has bound him in the same manner 
that Patr Corkill was bound for goods above mencioned 
and hath released the said Corkill.                      

Bahee Quark daughter of ye aforesaid Testatrix is 
delivered unto ye hands of Doncan Costen wth her part 
of her father & mothers goods & hath put in suretyes 
for ye forthcoming of ye same, Wm Calow & Donold Corkill, 
subpoena double ye value ad usu ------ & keepe the office harmlesse.                           

Tho: Faile & Jony Calow his wife hath in the custody the 
goods of Katherin Calow who have put in Juan Curphy et 
--- ------- surety for the forth coming thereof according to law.                              

21 August 1655: 
Wheras Patr Corkill stoode bound for the forth comeing 
of the goods or filliall porcion of Margrett Quarke wch 
was in the hands of Kathrin Caloe her ant as appears in 
the booke for the yeare 1637 in the parish of KK Maghold; 
I doe therefore acknowledge to have released the said Patr 
and his executrs from the said engagement and have entered 
myself bound in his steed for the forth comeing of the sd 
goods, and keeping of the office harmeless subpoena double 
value as witness my subscription the day and yeare above 
said, Do: Calow his mark.                                    

23 7ber 1656: 
This day Jo: Curlett who is maryed to Margrett Quark hath 
released Patr Corkill from his engaged for the goods of 
the sd Margrett Therfore his name is crossed witness his 
hand Jo: Curlett his mark V.

July 17[?]: 
John Quarke enterteth his claime against the execr of Jony 
Calow for 5 mutton & sheep skins, a garment cloath choice 
of a butt of barly or wheat & craveth tryall second legis
