The pall will & testamt of HUGH CLUCAS who departed about 
the 2 of Xber 1636. Imp, he bequeathed his soulle to God.  
Itm, he left to the poore 3 half ferlets malte, 1 fer oate 
meale, & 2 muttons & ----heat at discrecion.  
He bequeathed to his ELDEST DAUGHTER an heffer & 3 fer: barley.  
Itm, he bequeathed his parte of ye cropped of corne to 
his ELDEST SONNE he yeldinge ye sd three ferl: barley to his 
sd eldest daughter, and two boull of oates unto everye of 
ye rest of his CHILDREN.  
To ye Vicr an mutton.  
Itm, he bequeathed & constituted all his CHILDREN viz 
JO:, JO: JUNIOR, KATHREN, PATR:, FINLOE, THO:, & JONIE CLUCAS, 
his joint & carefull executors: he ordained his ELDEST 
SONNE supervisor & ---- ------- the children & there goods 
dureinge minoritie.

Itm, eyther 20s in money to eery childe, or else a cowe 
of 4 yeres olde for theyre parte of ye cattle & horses 
& household stuff wtch all other trifles:    
Note that the ELDEST SONNE wth JOHN & KATHREN have received 
theyre partes & small porcions of the Inventorie.         
Pledges Wm: Quirke et Tho: Geile hath bound ymselves there 
heires & executrs for ye forth coming of the goods & to 
secure the office subpoena double ye value.                       

Margret Kermott ye 21 of 8ber entereth her claime agt ye exec 
of HUGH CLUCAS for 3 stockes of oats, 2 boards, 1 rop, & 1 poule, 
half horse hide, half firlett wheate, a Manx spade & 15s 
----- the yeares of y law unexpired.
