   2nd wife of husband: ArW 1678A #48 Ballaugh will of Joney Kermode alias Cottiam/Cottiman/Cottingham, died 2 April 1679: husband [Thomas] Kermode is dead,
   ArW 1666A #57 Ballaugh [he was previously married to Margaret Durkan, ArW 1649A #035 Ballaugh], son & executor John Kermode, dau & executrix Margaret 
   Kermode, stepson Thomas Kermode, witnesses: Thomas Boddaugh/Boyde (married [to Mary Cowle]) & William Stephen; NOTE, That Thomas Boddaugh is to inherit
   the lands if the executors John & Margaret Kermode die without issue, and then the 2nd in line stepson Thomas Kermode died without issue.
Will of stepdau: ArW 1690A #49 Ballaugh will of Margaret Keig alias Kermode, died 7 April 1691: husband John Keig is alive, eldest son John Keig, 2nd son 
Thomas, son William, dau Elizabeth/Bessy, (half) brother Thomas Kermode & brother John Kermode, witnesses: William Boddaugh & Adam Kelly, pledges: William 
Boddaugh & William Killip.
