Ballalagh The last will and testament of Ann Ellyson who committed her soule to God & her bodie to Christian buriall It: shee bequethed to the poore foure shillings to be bestowed as a finerall It: shee bequethed & left a sheep & a lamb to Wm Boadagh It: shee left a choice wayscote to her sister and a firlett of meal corne to her father Phillip Ellyson It: shee constituted & ordained her husband Doneld Corlett her true & lawfull executer of all the rest of her goods & chatle moveable and unmoveable, and her said husband giving unto her doughter Margrett the sume of 40s for her right & tythe in the lands and 40s more shee willed her husband to give her said doughter for her right of the goods and further left her husband & Wm Boadagh Supvisers of her child, And lykwyse bee quethed that if God should call for the child before shee would com to lawfull yeares that then her father Doneld Corlett should have all the fore said childs goods Testis William Bodagh John Killip Jurati Willm: Bodagh pbat est et solvit ----[torn edge] The goods mentioned and bequethed in this will unto the child being 4£ is in the custodie of the father Doneld Corlett and hath putt in pledge Wm Bodagh & Jo: Killip for the forth coming of the sd munie and to secure the office sub pena duble the value
