Archdeacon Will 1659A #22 Michael will of Daniel / Donold Stephen, died 1 August 1659, intestate: 
Summary: wife is not mentioned, children including son William died in 1658, & son John who in 1647 received intack land in a marriage contract, & dau Bahie 
(married by 1658 to William Cannon), pledges: John Cannell & Phinlo Quayle of Ballaugh, There are no goods because all his goods were given to his children 
in their marriage contracts.
Will of son: ArW 1658A #034 Michael will of William Stephen, died 10 June 1658 intestate: wife is alive, children: son John, son William, son Gilbert & dau 
Joney: siblings brother John Stephen [married per 1647 Liber Vastarum, Michael] & sister Bahie Stephen (married to William Cannon, her will ArW 1669A #067 
Michael), the father [Daniel/Dollin/Donold Stephen] of the testator recently died.
Will of dau: ArW 1669A #067 Michael will of Bahie Cannon alias Stephen, died 7 November 1669: husband William Cannon, dau Ellin, dau Margaret, dau Alice 
(of age by April 1676), dau Joney (of age by April 1676), son William (of age by April 1676), son John (of age by October 1687); also: Dorothy Shimmin, 
Bahie Stephen, Patrick Cowley, Thomas Cannell; supervisor Hugh Shimmin.
Self: 1647 Liber Vastarum, Michael:  Donold/Daniel Stephen was entered in February 1647 for a new parcel of intack of 1/2d rent because the parcel of 
land he had was taken for enlargement of the highway.  
Self & son: 1648 Liber Vastarum, Michael: Daniel/Donold Stephen had a parcel of intack land & his son John Stephen was entered for it by his bargain of 
contraction.

Do: Stephen depted this life about the first of August intestate; whereof the Cort haveinge notice hath decreed his children Administr but foras much as it appears to the Cort that the sd Do: hath given his whole estate to his sd children by contracion bargaine; the Cort hath sworne them to pay all debts that shall be lawfully paid and to that purpose they have given se------ Jo: Canell & Phinloe Quayle of Ballaugh & to secure the office sub poena 20£ ad usum do-----[edge] Salvo Tamen vincinge Suo jure Decretum est et Solvit ----[edge] There is noe Invent to be Recorded ----[edge] this decree but what is added to ye In vent of Wm Stephen his son in the book for the last year [From original transcription] Wm Kewney entereth his claime against ye Administrators of Dollin Cannell for ye summe of 30s sterling and craveth the Law
