Archdeacon Will 1659A #70 Maughold will of Ann Corkill als Cashen als Creer, died 26 July 1659:     
Summary: 1st husband xxxx Cashen, 2nd husband William Corkill is alive, son Philip Cashen, sister Margaret Creer (married to John Corkill), [sister in law] 
Catharine Cashen, Alice Callow, vicar Robert Allen & wife Jane, witness: Robert Allen & Mallooney Quark, pledges: William Callow & William Corkill;  
Will of mother in law: ArW 1630A #31 Lonan will of Catharine Cashen alias Caine alias Quine, made 1 December 1629: 1st husband xxxx Caine, 2nd husband xxxx 
Cashen alive but dead by 1644, son William Caine (heir), son William Cashen, son John (the elder) & dau Mally & dau Catharine & son John (the younger) 
Cashen, brother Thomas Quine; witnesses: Philip Kermode & Thomas Cowin, pledge: William Cowin junior.
Son Philip, etc: 1677 Liber Vastarum, Maughold:  Don Callow had farmland of 14s yearly rent in Ballashebagg treen, and his daughter 
Margery Callow inherited it from him, & she & her husband William Woods sold it to Philip Cashen who was entered for it in 1677.
1704 Composition Book, Maughold:  Philip Cashen was entered for a half quarter of 14s double rent in Ballashebagg treen 
compounded for in 1643 by Don Callow, fine then for this and 2s intack was 15s. Lives expired so to pay now 15s.

The last will & Testament of Ann Creere who departed this life July 26th 1659 Imprimis she bequeathed herselfe unto ye handes of her Creatour & Redeemer Itt, she left unto ye Vicar a mutton, & to Jane his wife a mutton. Itt, to her sister Margrets 2 children she left 2 sheepe. Itt, to Kathern Cashin one sheepe. Itt, to Alice Calow she left a sheepe. Itt, she bequeathed unto her husbande William Corkill her part of the rideinge horse, & her parte of a specled heifer. Itt, she left & bequeathed to the poore 2 sheepe, & what her husbande & sonne should thinke fitt to be given with it. Itt, shee constituted & appointed her sonne Phillip Chasin sole executor of all the remainder of her goods moveable & unmoveable.
