Archdeacon Will 1659A #34 Andreas will of Elizabeth/Bessy Corlett alias Goldsmith, per 1658 Contract of Gift between Elizabeth/Bessy Corlett alias 
Goldsmith and son Silvester Corlett (wife is Christian Christian), died 5 November 1658, accepted as a will February 1658/9:

Thomas Casement & John Quark.
Andreas parish register:  Bessy Goldsmith buried 6 November 1658.
?Will of sister: ArW 1637A #137 Lezayre will of Joney Kneen alias Goldsmith, died 3 August 1637: husband [John] Kneen is not  mentioned (see Episcopal 
wills, he was previously married with a son & daughters), son John Kneen (died intestate before Joney's will was probated, his will ArW 1637A #135 Lezayre, 
wife Isabel Corkill is alive & remarried xxxx Kermeen, her will 1668A #67 Lezayre), spinster dau Isabel the younger [died a few days later, ArW 1637A #136 
Lezayre], dau Alice, married dau Isabel the elder (has a contract bargain of land), dau Catharine, dau in law [Isabel Corkill], also: nephew Silvester 
Corlett, witnesses: Edward Crowe minister & David Corteen, NOTE, there appear to be two daughters named Isabel, one a spinster who died 6 August 1637 
intestate (Isabel the younger, ArW 1636A #136 Lezayre), & another (Isabel the elder) who was married to John Corkill & who had a marriage contract bargain 
from mother Joney Goldsmith.

Andreas At the contract of Sill Curlett & his wife Christian Christian. First, it was concluded & agreed upon yt Bessy Goldsmith should give unto her said son Sill Curlett the one halfe of all her lands wtsoever in her new possession, & halfe of all things els yt shee had at his present contract: & ye other halfe wholly after her discease as well lands as goods: and to witness this to be a truth I subscribe my name & mark, being a witness to ye said contract: the 18th of 9ber 1658. Testes John Quark his mark Charles Coole The afforesd John Quarke hath taken his corporall oath, that the above sd Contract is noe thing but a truth, and that the 24 of 9ber 1658 before me, Ed: Christian --- ffebr 1658 accordinge to this Contract the Court hath ordained the sd Silvester exec who is sworne accordinge to Law pbat et Solvit 4d Invent: 5 stookes & half a heifer.
