Will of wife: ArW 1658A #020 German will of Alice Karran/Carran alias Quirk, died 17 March 1657/8, intestate: husband [John] Karran/Carran is alive [died 
1658/9, ArW 1659A #10 German], 5 children dau Margaret the elder (?off the Island), dau Jane, son Thomas (the eldest on the Island), dau Margaret the 
younger, and son John Karran, brother Patrick Quirk, brother William Quirk, pledges:  Richard Halsall & John Gell of KK German.
Will of son: ArW 1660A #09 German will of John Carran/Karran, orphan, died about 1660 intestate: not married, inventory is included in the father's 
inventory, bro Thomas Carran, sisters Jane & Margaret Carran.
Will of sister: ArW 1667A #42 German will of Catharine Karran alias Carran, died 25 March 1668: husband Thomas Karran/Kerron, no children are mentioned, 
sister Ann Carran, sister Alice Carran, niece Jane Carran, nephew Thomas Carran, niece Margaret Carran (their parents are John Karran/Carran [ArW 1659A 
#10 German] & Alice Quirk [ArW 1658A #020 German]), also: Jane Cowin [?dau of Robert Cowin, the brother in law of the testator's deceased brother John], 
witnesses: William Ellison & Mary Crellin & John Woods, pledges: John Quirk & Patrick Corlett.
?Self & son & dau: 1691 Composition Book, German:  In 1643, John Carran had rent that went to Thomas Carran (his son), with 'lives in being' in 1691 
being Margaret Carran who was 46 years old [born about 1645].

KK German The last will & testamt of Jo: Karran who depted this life about the 18th of Ja: 1658/ ffirst he com= mitted his soule to God, & his body to ye earth. Itt, he left to the poore at the discrecon of his execr. Itt, he bequeathed to his youngest sonne Jo: Karran 20s. Itt, to his sonne Tho: 5s. To his daughter Jaine 5s. Itt, to his daughter Mrgrett 5s. Itt, to Jo: Ffinch 5s. Itt, to his sonne Jo: Ffinch 1 lamb. Itt, to his owne sister Ann Karran 18d. Itt, to his sister Katherin Karran 18d.
