[3] August 1659 ffebruary ye first 1658 The execr sworne John Cotter } Ellin Quirke } iurati Probatum et Solvit 4--- There is noe goods to be inventoryed but what is included in ye will and ye 4th pt of ye croppe of corne, Pledge Jo: Cloage accordinge to law --- August 1659: Richd Waterson & his wife have entered their claim agst ye execr of Anne Cotter for 16s a blanket of s--- ----y wool as woud make a blanket half a ferlet of barley metcorne & 2 kishans of barley & craveth the Law. [2 pages later] 28 July 1659 Tho: Ratcliffe hath made his affidavid yt he summoned Jo: Cotter (xiid) & Ellin Quirke (xijd) witnesses to the will of Ann Cotter to appeare to prove the ----[in fold] of ye sd Anne, and hath disobeyed therefore in fine.
