brother John Joughin, brother in law Charles Cowle of Ballavarkus (dau Ann Cowle was left 6d); John Christian senior (his son William Christian junior); 
supervisors David Christian & William Kneale, witnesses: David Christian & William Kneale senior & William Kneale junior, pledges: William Christian & 
brother in law Charles Cowle, and later, brother in law Charles Cowle & brother John Joughin senior, also, Patrick Kneale entered a claim against the
