We find in the ... ... .... .... given by ... to his eldest son Will Christian ... ... of all the lands there possessed, & the other half after his death .... by him the said Michael unto his said son Will Christian his heir after hearing wch contract is sworne & approved before wl Dymster Christian as appears: and after .... contraction was app.... of before the said wl Dymster find that some part thereof was ableterated by the said Wilm Christian as is explaned at large vide ....
