We find in the ... ... .... .... given by ...
to his eldest son Will Christian ... ... of all the lands
there possessed, & the other half after his death ....
by him the said Michael unto his said son Will Christian
his heir after hearing wch contract is sworne & approved
before wl Dymster Christian as appears: and after ....
contraction was app.... of before the said wl Dymster
find that some part thereof was ableterated by
the said Wilm Christian as is explaned at large vide ....
Dymster hand, & .. by the said Will owne confession
witnessed upon oath.
And whereas we find by the will of the said Will Chr[istian's]
mother who was marryed to the said Michell, yt some of
of land was bought by his said mother after the ....
her marrige to him the said Michell wch she hath be[queathed]
as appears by her said will unto her said son Will
and after ye said Will: marryed Issable Tear by who
had two sons, the one dead, & the other in Ireland, & not ....
whether living or dead ... and the church being ye [supvrs]
of poor orph... ought to take care yt they ...
nes determine in wt concerns ym in their mothers ...
by all wch persding, we find that ye 4th of this house
& lands belonged to the said Issable Tear
and that the said Michell Christian had noe power to [dis]
pose of any but his owne halfe & his son Will
half of the other half notwithstanding befor we
proceed any further, or give execution of the 
children right therein wee desire the worshipful
officers temperall to take ytto it consideration & be
with us in the righting of .... or ... , if they see
fitt or determine it (themselves) according to law.

Feb ye 3d 1669
William Christian have upon oath confessedyt it was his mother
yt bought the lands from Will Sayle, as was so sworne by
him the said Will Sayle to a jury whose verdict is left [to stand]
The same I declare i truth according to ye said verdict ...
being red before it was left by me.
