Mary Kerroush als Martin depted this life about y first of
November Intestate whereof the Church haveing intelligence hath
		           		of the decedent
decreed her half brothers who is y next related ^ viz Edw: Wly, John
Robt & Wly Martin Administrators of all her goods movable & immovable
whatsoever being y next as afo - -  forasmuch as there is no whole blood
and that it doth not a - - - - that there is any goods xxxxxxx that came
by y mothers side, yet if it be made to appeare that shee had any such goods
xxxxxxxxxxxxx it is to return according to statute [splodge] wife
by her ow – industry it be return  to her halfe brothers aforesd and 
the husband ----- of his great care dureing their life time of her being
always sickly, and that the goods all xxx  was his own, and that shee brought
nothing wth her that appears to y Cost allowed and because hee is old and
destitute of helpe is allowed --- Legacie at y sight of y Inventory
