      The last will and testament of Jo: Kermod who departed this life ye 16 of
Septembr, Imps. he comitted his soul to god and his body to christian buryal
It. to his Eldest Sone Richd: Kermod halfe ye cropp of corne halfe ye teame
of oxen, with halfe of all geares and implements belonging to husbandry
work. It. to his Eld sone Richd: a black mayre a choice blanket & barral
with two payre of netts and all his part of ye fishing lines, It. to ye
affore said Richd: a new plough beame and poule with his best shuite
and cloake, It.  to his welbeloved wife his chist with all ye was in it
It. he constituted and appointed his children viz: Will: John Ann and
Ellin Kermod his true and Lawfull Executors of all ye rest of
goods, moveable and immoveable.
