Archdeacon Will 1674A #17 Braddan will of Catharine Oates alias Cottier, died 13 April 1675: 
Summary: husband Paul Oates (lately deceased, his will 1674/5 Braddan in the Episcopal wills), son Michael Oates 
[married Alice Lawrenson/Wilson by 1679], dau Ann, dau Margaret, son [William] also died about this time; witnesses: 
John Coultry & John Clark

2nd will dated 13 April 1675 that was brought in by son Michael: ArW 1675A #049 Braddan will of Catharine Oates alias 
Cottier: husband [Paul] Oates is not mentioned [his will in the Episcopal books, 1674/5 Braddan], 3 children:  
son Michael Oates [he had married Alice Lawrenson/Wilson by 1679, her father Thomas Lawrenson/Wilson, 
NOTE, that both surnames are used in the records], dau Ann & dau Margaret (who is not competent to enter into contracts, 
etc., due to 'infirmity'); witnesses Dorothy Moore alias Gell and Bahie Kelly (out of the Island), supervisor of 'infirm' 
Margaret is John Coultry,   NOTE, that this is a copy of the original
