This is affirmed to be the last
will and testament of Ann Quark als Quirk
being in good and perfect memorie, 
commited her soul to God and her body to Christian buryall.
Item, she left to her daughter Mally 5 shillings legacy.
Item, to each of her brothers 6 pence apiece legacy
if her said daughter die under xxxxx all to her husband.
Item, to Mally Kinry a coate and carchieff.
Item, to Willm. Ratcliff 6 pence.
Item, to Bahee Martin 6 pence.
Item, she constituted and ordained her
loving husband Willm Quark her sole Executor
in regard of his great paines and care of
her during her sickness, hoping that he will
be careful and good to her said daughter.
The uncles Willm: James & Joh: Quirk sworn supervisors.
Testes: Willm Ratcliff juratus.    
        Bahee Martin:

I have also sworn xxx every particular in this
will to be truth before me. J.H. 
The Executor sworn in form of law.  
The Inventory of ye said Testatrix prized by 4 sworn men
come to 1 pound 12 shilings 3 pence.
