5 Andreas. This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Ales Christian alis Teere, being in perfect memory committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she bequeathed to ye poor 11 firlets of oat meal, 3 quarts of barley, and a mutton to be distributed at xxxxx. Item, she left to Donll: Teere and his son to each of 3 pence. Item, to Chathe Bittle 6 pence. Item to her husband the priz of a mutton her sold to Tho:Corlet, and her right of another they killed for the house. Item, to Joh:Crebbin 6 pence. Item, to Margt Gowne 6 pence. Item, she left to Ricd Kneele son[?] a ewe and another to Willm Kelly. Item, to Jony Teere another ewe. Item, she left to Cathe Crebbin a sheep. tem, she constituted and ordained her father sole executor of all good whatsoever moveable and unmoveable belonging to her. Item, she bequeathed also to Margt Teare als Gowne her holy day suite of clothes. Item, she left to Cathe:Cowle her chest with what was in it. And also to Katie Bittle the other sister 3 pence. T he Inventory prized by Willm Clater, Will Skally & Robt Killy xxxx all sworn; amounts to 1 pound 1 shilling 0 pence; in land 2 pounds 0 shillings 0 pence. and also pledges in form of law Capt Joh:Sayle, Robt Killey. The Executor at lawful years and the goods in his custody have discharged the pledges. Jony Teare sworn & examined sayth that the above testatrix being turned away by her husband, she was compelled to become a beggar and had utterly perished had not ye deponents entertained her in her house, who further saith that she said if her father would look to her he should have all her goods that was due unto her upon which the deponent having given him notice he came and fetched her away. And further saith not. Joney Teare sworn and examined saith that she heard ye testatrix xxx, that if her stepmother would entertain her, she would leave her all her goods this was spoken on her death bed, and her father at that time bringing her to his own house on his xxx, she died two nights after, and further saith not, only yet declareth that ye testatrix said further said to ye deponent that if she would entertain and look to his said daughter she should have what goods she had. Wm Cowle sworn and examined sayth that the morning before the testatrix died, he came to visit her and she asking him whether her father was gone f or ye minister, he replied what are you so weak that you need the minister, and again asked xx xxxxx she won't leave her goods she replied that she left them to her father, and this she xxx xxxxx in perfect memory. And further saith not. This will is rexxxx valid in respect of ye xxxxxxx witnesses and ye material xxxxxxx xxxx and xxxx to the Court. Probatum est. Solvi xxxxx"
