14          November[?] 30th:  
The last will and testament of Hen:Teere, 
who committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.  
Item, he bequeathed to his son Stephen Teere the fourth part of 
what xxxx goods there is.  
Item, to Sir Joh: a mutton.  
Item, to his 2 godsons Hen:Martin & Will:Teere a lamb.  
tem, to his son John Teere his part of the crop of corn 
whom he also nominated and appointed sole executor of 
all the rest moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.  
Item, to Willm Skinner a young sheep for and in consideraton 
of what was owing him. Further he declared that his father in law 
Sir Phillip Crenilt and himself paid in the behalf of the heir 
Joney Crenilt 15s for the lease and pewter money. And also that 
he himself paid unto Ales Crenilt and her husband 17s in 
consideration of the goods due unto her. And also 
2 bowls of oats and 5 xxx of barley. Further he declared 
that there is due to him from the executor of 
William Joughin and his wife 14 s for rent and lease money.

From Tho Cowle 1s.  
Item, he left to John Cowle 6 pence and to Donll:Lace 6 pence.  
Item, he left his part of the flax to Jony Kee.

The Executor sworn in court.  Probatum et solvit 12 pence.
