In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament 
of Cathe: Clark alias Kee, being in good and perfect 
memory, committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.  
Item, to the poor at the discretion of her husband.  
Item, she left to her husband Tho: Clark her part of a choice cow.  
Item, she left to her eldest son Tho: Clark her interest 
in all her lands whatsoever and also her part of the crop.  
Item, she willed in regard her eldest son was to enjoy 
all the land and crop, that he should be liable to pay 
unto each of the other five children twenty shillings apiece, 
and he also to keep the youngest child till he came to age.  
Item, she constituted and ordained her said 5 children 
joint executors of all the rest of her goods whatsoever, and 
the father to have the custody of what goods belong to 
the 2 youngest children till they come to age.  
Item, she willed her part of the xxxx to her eldest son.  
Item, she left Willm Corkill supervisor of her children and 
to xxx xxx her will performed.  
Item, she left to him the said Willm Corkill 6d, f
urther her husband Tho: Clark did oblige and bind 
himself to leave the other half of all his lands to 
his said eldest son Tho: Clark.  
Item, she willed that her children should have each 
of them what hey had by the christening moneys, and the 
eldest son is to pay the 20s apiece to the children as 
they come to age.  The husband hath consented to her 
will in court provided he be not forced in necessity 
to xxxxx any part of it for his own relief.

Joh: Clerk at age and one of the executors is sworn 
supervisor & Tho Clark also the eldest brother & Willm 
also sworn in form of law.  Probatum et solvit 12d.        

The Inventory within 14 days.  

The Inventory prized by 4 men amounts to 2 pounds 13 shillings 0 pence.             
The goods of the youngest children in the custody 
of the eldest brother Tho: Clark. 
Pledges for the eldest son in form of law his father & his brother John.    
The goods of John in his own custody, and discharges the office.   
The goods of the other 2 children in the father's custody, 
pledges in form of law Willm Sayle & Tho: Clark eldest son.  
The goods of William in his own custody (being at age) & discharges the office.               

July the 12th 1680: 
Willm Clerk son of Tho: at lawful years do acknowledge 
the receipt of 20s fro his bro Tho. and clears ye pledges, 
which 20s was due by his mother's will.   
per Jon Christian Regxxx.                 

Janry ye 10th 1680/81: 
xxxxxx at lawful age doth acknowledge himself to 
have received from his brother Tho. the 20 s left to him 
upon his brother in his mother's will.  Before me Jon Christian Regr.             

Janry the 7th 1682: 
This day Patrick Clerk son of Catherin Clark als Keey 
being at lawful age hath received  from his brother Thomas Clerk 
the sum of twenty shillings left to him upon his said brother 
in his mother's will.  
Patrick Clark his mark X.  Before me, Jon Christian Regr.           

Received then from Bahee Lawson in full the portion due to 
my brother William Clerk by the death of his deceased mother 
the sum of thirty shillings and seven pence and this by virtue 
of a letter of assignment under my said brother's hand 
and do therefore acquit and discharge the said Baheey and 
her deceased husband and their heirs executors and administrators 
forever of the same as witness my hand this 6th day of March 1689.  
William Clerk.  The above sum of thirty shillings seven pence 
being the whole due to the above Wm Clerk is pd and discharged,
