In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.


37     Andreas: 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
John Crebbin who departed this life the 27th of January 1675. 
First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.  
Item, he bequeathed to the poor at the discretion of the Executor.  
Item, he left to hs first wives children to each of them a sheep legacy, 
besides their mother's part of goods which is about 5s apiece.  
Item, he left to his eldest son John Crebbin his right or part of the 
looms and all gears belonging to it, and a chair, with a few boards 
in the house to make him a chest, and a firlet of barley which his said son lent them. 
Item, he left to John Keneene a few sticks that belongs to the loom in his own custody.  
Item, he left to his sister and her husband Ro:Crow a hundred of herrings. 
Item, he willed to his daughter Alice a sheep in lieu of a mutton they had from him.  
Item, he left to Willm. Kneele a lamb and to John Lace his godson a lamb.  
Item, he left to his wife a blanket of the yarn that is in the house when its done.  
Item, he willed his part of ye corn in the haggard, & all the household stuff 
whatsoever unto his daughter Jony Crebbin, and she to keep the children together this year.  
Item, he willed the roof of ye house to stand for the Executors use and his wife, 
if she stay there, during the live of ye setting, and at after to return to his said son John Crebbin.  
Item, he willed the 6s or the lands he hath from John Ratcliff for it to his Executor.  
Item, he declared also that he had 20s upon Ratcliffe meadow, which is due to the Executor.  
Item, he willed his rest of the moneys that went for ye Land in KK Bride to his son  Thomas Crebbin.  
Item, he constituted and ordained his said daughter Joney and 
his said son Tho Crebbin joint Executors of all the rest of his goods 
whatsoever, and if his said son Tho should depart this life before he 
came to lawful years, that his said daughter Joney, and his wife 
should enjoy it equally betwixt them.  
Item, he further declared that there is due to him from the 
hier Paul Kneel & Willm Kneale his xxxxx half a quarter 
of ye crop, draughts barrels, and things else whatsoever; 
she his wife knoweth of, are left there.  Further he declared 
that there is due from him to John Lace 20s besides tithe xxxx t 
Sir John Huddleston, and also there is due to Hen:Inch (or Juch] 1s 4d. 
Item, to Sir Joh a year mjutton.  
Item, to each witness 6d apiece.  
Item, he left all his wearing clothes to his son John.

Jony Crebbin at age sworn in Court & also supervisor of her said brother Tho:Crebbin.

14 days for the Inventory.            

The Inventory of John Crebbin prized by 4 sworn men, vizt., 
Hen:Inch[or Juch], Phillip Cowly, Christopher Joughin, Robert Kelly,
amounts to 2 pounds 0 shillings 0 pence. Also in Land mrortgaged 6 pounds 0 shillings 0 pence
