In the Index of Archdeacon Wills, this will is erroneously listed under Marown, but is actually the next Andreas will in the book of wills.


38         KK Andreas per anno '75: 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Callaughvorey 
InyBrew who departed this about ye 20th of Janry. 
Imprimis, she committed her soul to God, and her body to Christian Burial.  
Item, she bequeathed to her son in law John Skayly a ssheep.  
Item, to her daughter stepxxxx Ann Skayly a quife, a bussel, and an hog.  
Item, to her sister Isable xxxxx a wasecoat.  To Alice Brew an old wasecoat and an old apron.  
Item, she bequeathed to her husband a bullock going in two years, 
that is to say her own part thereof.  
Item, to Wm cleater 11d.  To Phillip Kneene 11d.  
Item, she constituted, and ordained her only son Wm Skayly 
Executor of all the rest of her goods movable and unmovable 
whasoever, and the child and goods in the tuition of her husband, 
and if ye child die under age, then she bequeathed all the said 
goods to her said husband.

Phillip Kneene, jurati.  
Probatum et solvit 6d.            

The Inventory amounts to the sum of 21 shilling.  
Debts to be deducted, to ye old children 3s.  
More of other debts 5s.  
Church day and burial moneys & xxxx 3s.  
Clear for the Executor 0 pounds 10 shillings 0 pence.        
Pledges secunda forma legis James Quirke and Wm Christian.
