39 Bride At a Court holden in KK Andreas June ye 23, 1676 before Sr Tho: Parr Vicar General and Sir John Huddleston Registrar: Bride: Pat: Cowle seinor departed this life about the 18th of April 1676 intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence, have decreed his children vizt., William, & William, Christian & Catherin Cowle Administrators all at lawful years and the goods in their own custody. Note: a will exhibited into the Court, but as prepare no witnesses to prove it ergo invalid. Solvo lamen vuecing sieo jure[?]. Decretum et solvit 3s. The Inventory prized by 4 sworn men amounts to 4 pounds 2 shillings 0 pence. If any more be, 14 days is given to perfect the same. Pledges in form of Joh:Lace & Christopher Cowle."
