This is affirmed to be the last will of Xtian Cowle.  
Imprimis, she committed her soul to God and her body to Xtian burial.  
Item, she left to the poor 1 firlet of malt and what more 
was necessary there with at her executors discretion.  
Item, to the heir of the tenement her own part of the team 
or plough and xxxx her half of the crop of corn and her 
part of a gray horse with a heifer of 3 years and all 
her part of the lands with Intacke in her possession 
to him or her that should be the heir.  
Item, she willed to her husband her part of the riding horse.  
Item, to her brothers & sister 12d apiece legacy. 
Item, to her sister Christian a double ban[?or can].  
Item, to the witness of her 6d apiece legacy.  
Item, she constituted her children jointly executors 
vizt., Kath: Cowle, Anne Cowle, Xtian Cowle, of all 
the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable and 
to see her will performed.

John Quirk enters his claim against the executor 
of Pat: Cowle junior & his wife Xtian Cowle for 
the sum of 2s 4d due debt for wages and craveth tryal.
