47 Bryde 75: This is affirmed to be the last will & testament of Jo: Xtin goodlxx who committed his soul to God & his body to Xtian burial. William Xtin & Wm Xtin Mark hath refused to swear that the testator was in perfect memory when he made this will so the Chruch hath made his decree ut sequitori. Jo:Xtin goodlad departed this life intestate about the 23 of January 1675, whereof the Chruch having intelligence hath decreed his xxxx children xxxxxxxed viz. Jo & Christian Xtin, who are at legal years & a legasy to the wife upon sight of the Inventory. Salvo lamen vniccug suo ure[?]. Decret et solvit 6d.
