52         Bryde 75 Jann: 16th: 
In nominie die, amen.  I Katherin Cowle alias Casemeene sick in bodye 
but whole in mynde and perfect memory praised bee God,make my last 
will testament as followeth &c. 
Imprimis, I leave the poore to be remembered after my husband's desireth.  
Item, I leave to my two daughters two coats and two wescotts of the cloth xxx 
the walk Milne, more to the two daughters abovesaid two wescoate clothe xxx xxxx 
was shaped within.  
Item, I leave to my heir that shall xxxx the farm[?] my part of the team 
of oxen and my part of the crop of corne.  
Item, I constitute and ordayne my loving husband Gilchrist Cowle my true 
and lawful Executor of all the rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable 
whatsoever & the custodie of her children to her husband& hee to give 
them as hee was able.   
Testes Wm Camaish, Wm Kaiskill, kurati.          

The Inventory prized by 4 sworn men amounts to 06 pounds 12 shillings 0 pence.

Bride: 
Note that 2 of ye children of Cathrn Casemint which she left no legasies to, 
are ordained joint Administrators with ye husband Christopher Cowle, 
added to ye will proved ye last Court day.  
The father sworn Executor in Court in form of Law.  
The father Willm Casemint sworn supervisor with ye husband.  
Probatum et Solvit 12d.  
The goods in ye father custody and have given pledges in form of Law.  
The Inventory with 14 days per 20s.
