This is affirmed ---------- will & testament of John Creere who
departed this life -------- 1675 first he committed his soul to
God & his body ----------  It. he left to ye poore halfe a f---
of …..?  & meal ----------  his Eldest son Thomas his pt? of ye
& of ye hayy with all ye working gears and the ---- belonging  It. he left
yt ------- due unto his daughter Alice?  It.16s of her portion behind?
It. he constituted & ------ his wife executex of all ye rest of his
goods moveable & immoveable wsoever & left ye children after ye
mothers disposing if there be any leavings? after her death.

Jon Creer and Ellinor Creer 2 of the Admrs of Jon
Creer of KK Braddan being both all lawfull years
have come before me and acknowledged themselves
fully satisfied from their Brother Thomas Creer all
the goods or portion due unto them by the Inventory
of their father Jon Creer and doe acquitt their
Brother Thomas Creer (in whose hands the sd goods
were) and his pledges from yr same and every
part thereon for ever by those present: And
so certifie & same ha---- here --- satisfied their
markes to their names this seventh day of
November 1682
