Marown December 3d 1675 In nome Dei amen. I Ann Oats sick in bodie but of perfect memorie praysed be God, doe make this my last will as followeth: I leave unto ye poor half a firlett of meale & a firlet of mault & dinn[?] a firlet of wheat for my funeral at ye usuall time[?]. It, I leave my son Wm all ye teame & husbandrie geares & cropp of corne, with ye rideing horse & ye hyues[?]; provided he leave them his succeeding heyre (as his ancestors have usually done) I leave my daughter Kat: a firlett of wheat & a boule of mault & a cowe. It, I leave John Christian an oxe & to his wife my best shute of cloase, & a new blanket, & to her son a xxx, sheep & you[i.e., ewe]. It, I leave unto my daughter Ann a cowe, & to ye little boy Jo: Kelley a calf; & desires their care of him. I leave Sir Edward a Mutton (to ye Curat a mutton) I constitute & ordaine my son Wm & my daughters Katrine & Ann my lawful Executors of all ye rest of my goods moveable or unmoveable. Marown, December ye 13th 1675: A true Inventorie of ye Goods of Ann Oats praised by John Quillam, James Kelley, Wm Kewley, & Tho: Cayne: Imprimis, her part of horses 01:00:00; It: her part ye cattle 01:00:00; It, her part ye household stuff 01:00:00. The Inventory wholly in the Executors custody & have given pledges in forme of Law Jo: Christian & James Kelly.”
