freely surrendered all the right that may fall due to them
or any of them by ye death of ye above decdts children unto
their kinsman Wm Corkill in Consideration that he have taken
into himself ye Curature? of ye sd childrens goods and discharged ym
from being charged or troubled wth ye sd children or their
goods at any time hereafter for pformance whereof and for the =
forthcoming of yt sd goods ye sd Willm Corkill have given pledges
