Peter Quirk departed this life about ye 1st Jany(?) intestate
whereof the Church having intelligence hath decreed his
grandchildren John Robt and Cath: Quirk administrators of all
his goods moveable and immoveable wtsoever who are at age 
and sworn ........... to administer his goods .......... .............
......... ............ as far as the goods will extend to
each Creditor.

Note that John & Robt. is sworn, and Cath. to be sworn.

Alexander Young claims against ye Adminrs of Peter Quirk

the law.

Phillip Moore enters against ye Adminrs of Peter Quirk
for the sume of 3..... more or less and nameth by all.

Feby(?) 26th 1676  Capt Patrick Christian enters against ye Adminrs of 
Peter Quirk for ye sume of 46..... or thereabouts and nameth by all.
