1676 a Braddan To all Christian people to whom this pr:sent writing shall come to be soon read heard or understood Know ye that I Margaret Stole alias Lewin of Douglas widdow have given granted assigned and ........ over, And by those presents doe ........ grannt assign & ....... over the Moity or one halfe the house and garden now in my own possession And which I have right to dispose of unto Nicho =las Cowley of KK Church Lezayre ......... for ever In consideration of the mutual love & affection I bear to the said ......... and for the future depon =ance of him for relief as ............... and no .......... shall require.
