The last will and testament of Jo: Cubon who was buried July 22th, he comm
itted his soule to god and his bodie to Xtian buriall.  Item he acknowledged 
Due to Philip Moore of Duglas fifteen shillings and thirteen shillings also
be due to Mr. David Murray of Duglas and that they now to have the .........
garden till they gott their money and could not dispose of it from them ..........
.........  He bequeathed to his Daughter Ann Cubon his pt of the house ........
garden if shee will receive it.  Item he acknowledged ........ to be due ..........
.......... ; and 3d to Tho: ............ and 3d to Anthony ............   He constituted and
ordained his Daughter Ann Cubon Executrix.  Item left 2 sheep to Tho Killey
consideration among them building a house.

however, the spelling of the last name is CUBON; also, the
