Mr. Charles Christian depted this life in
the Kinddome of England intestate wherof
the Cort having intelgence hath decreed
his brothers Mr. George, and Mr. Patricious Christian
........ and his Sister Mrs. Mary [Parker]
Adminrs. of all the goods that hee dyed possessed
of in this Island
Mr. George Christian is
sworn to adminster and
to be true to the rest.

The Invent to be brought in within
a month sub pena......

Mr. George Christian Entrs. his claime against the
Admrs. of his brother Charles Christian for the sume
of one hundred and three pounds Sterl. due debt as will
be made to appeare and craveth tryall.

The sd. Mr. Charles Christian is Creditor by the 
Oath of 4 men sworne ..., whose names e.....

     My Cussen Mr. Charles Christian (son unto my Uncle
     Mr. Wm. Christian of Ronolsway deceased,) beinge att White
=  Haven in England in October last Anno Domini   1676.
                        God       him
    is pleased Almightie ^ to Call ^ to his mercie my said Kinseman
    and where at that tyme I happened to bee And fineinge
                                  [neere]
    then and at that tyme [were] soe ^ related to him as my selfe
    the [tender] of neere relation moved mee to see him hand
=  somely buried, and to expend upon his last expireinge
    this life, what was befitteinge his Birth and Parentage,
    there beinge Nothinge of his owne to be found, could defray
    the [ink blob] Charges : and hereof I will take my Corpirall Oath
