The last will and testament of Bahie Kelly who departed this life about ye 2..th of
August; First she bequeathed her Soule to God and her body to Christian buriall.  Itm.
she left to her Grandson John Shilleton all her house .......... and gearings with all 
of the .......... ............ growings(?) situated in KK Michael ......... of the years by next 
of 2d ....... beinge Lords Land: and also those small .......... of Bishop lambs situated
in KK Michael & ........ of ye yearly rent of 18d .......... commencement of the 
same when he is twenty years of age and if ......... he Doe not live 
to inherit it then the eldest of ......... Grandsons that will live to have it 
to himself and his sons for ever:  Itm: she left  to her Grandson Wm Shilleton one
sledge wch she maid of ......... by her own industry as legacie.  Itm. she left to her 
GrandDaughter Jony Shilleton ....... the five shillings legacie yt was left to her by the 
Grand father Gilbt. Q........ three carshiffs and one hand carshiff three approns
one ......... of the woolen wheele(?) and of the flaxen wheele and for further 
satisfaction she left her the said Jony one red petticoat one wesket and one ........

she left to Alice C.......... one hand carshiffe.  Itm she left to poor Jna Sayle one

............... of Mr. Cowley(?)  Itm she constituted and apoynted her three Grand Children

goods moveable and unmoveable.

This Day Ro: and William Shilleton two of the above Exers. being
at lawfull age came to the ..............., and acknowledged them=
selves fully satisfied in that portion of their Grand mothers Inven=
tory that remained in their sister Jony's hands, and Doe
acquitt her and her pledges for the same for ever;  And
Doe also affirm that their Bro. Jon Shilleton is also 
likewise paid for his parte or portion thereof, and that 
he gave his sd sister's husband a Discharge for ye same
in wch they both were witnesses.  And further they Doe
Declare that they are fully satisfied for that prt of the 
sd Inventory that was in their mothers hands being
left her Execr. and soe have Discharged the pledges for 
the whole:  As witness their hand, this Day & year 
above written.
