This is affirmed to bee the last will of John Brew who departed this [life]
about 29th of April, who first committed his Soule to God, and his body
to Christian buriall.  Itt. hee bequeathed a mutton skin to ........... Sayle
to Jony Brew another mutton skin; To Rich: Brew and to his
son 2 .......... of oates in ye Kerrow moore;  Itt. more unto them the
Corn that was in the Land, and they to give ......... to Wm Brew who
gave ye food corn saying that ......... was enough for it.  Itt. he left them
also 4 Days shearing Due from Catherin and Alice Brew;  Itt. Also
to Rich: Brew and his sone .......... of the corn of a Days plowing of ground in 
the Gilcough(?), in which ye sd women were concerned.  Itt hee
ordained and constituted Wm Brew and his sone James Executors of 
the one halfe of his goods Due by father & mother, and they to Defray
his funerall expenses, and left the other halfe of ye goods by way of 
Legacie to Rich: Brew and his sone.  Itt Due to Wm Claytor
........ for wch hee left him 2 sheepe & 5d wth wch Claytor was content.
Also left ye sd Claytor 3d wch was in John Camashes(?) hand, to make 
8d wth wch Claytor was content.  Itt. hee said there was 12d Due to 
him for Isballe(?), and ye Executor to add another shilling to pay Claytor
of.  Itt. hee said there was Due to him from(?) Wm Brew ........ ........ more Due
from him 6..... or more.  Itt. hee bequeathed to each of ye witnesses
......... a poore(?) legacie.  Itt. hee said hee owed no more of Debts, but if any .........
.......... they should use the Cort of Law.
