The last will and Testament of Katherin Fargher als Barry who departed this life about ye 22 of May 1677 beinge in good and perfect memory, did first comitt her Soule to god and her body to Christi =an buriall. Item she left her two children Issa: and Margrett Executors of all her goods moveable & immoveable save only her Cloathes which she left wholly to her Daughter Margrett. Item shee left that if one of the said Daughters should survive ye other and the Deceased child soe Dyeing without issue yt then ye said survivinge child should have ye whole. And if both should Die without issue, yt then it was her will that ye goods should come and fall to such as ye law provided.
