The last will and testament of Silvester Clark who departed this life ...... 28th of 
Februarie 1676  First he bequeathed his Soule to god and his body to Christian buriall
It: he left to the poore a firlett of malt halfe a firlett of wheat halfe a firlett 
...........................  It: he left to his sister Ann: ......... pounds, It he left to his sister 
Margrett six pounds  It: he left to his sister Dolly two sheepe  It: he left to 
his sister Christian two sheepe  It. he left to his wife a coate(?) and all his goods 
............ givinge to his children(?) according to her Discretion and also the Land
for twentie one years.

children, the wife is therefore sworn to bring in a true
and perfect Inventory of his goods, and is to give in pledges
