Marriad Curghy als Quarke departed this life about 
the 7th(?) of June intestate; whereof the Cort having
intelligence hath decreed her children, William An(?)
and Bessie(?) Curghy Adminrs of all her goods moveable 
and unmoveable whatsoever, the next of kindread 
on the mothers side Supervisors, and a Legacie to the
husband upon sight of the Invent.

				Decretum est el Solivit ....
Salvo tamen uinuig
sue jure
		Wm Quarek ye Supervisor is sworn.

The husband is sworn according to law 
and to bring in an Invent. within
a month, sub poena .....

June ye 29th 1677

This Day Wm Curghey husband to ye above Marriad Curghey
als  Quarke, Phinlo Quarke her father, and William Quarke
......... ......... came this Day to the Records, and haveing taken a 
full ........ of all her goods, and computed ye value, have 
agree upon that ye heire of ye farme(?) Baldroma(?), viz
the .......... ........... Wm Curghey sone of ye above Marriad, shall
have and enjoy the full benefitt of his mothers pte of the Cropp 
of Corn eyther now Due at her Death, or after the Death
of the above Phinlo Quarke and his wife as appeares by ye
Contraction given by them to ye 
sd Wm Curghey & Marriad, also 2 Days math of me advising
as in ye sd Contract is also mentioned, together with ...........
........ of all husbandry geares whatsoever eyther now Due or to be 
Due as aforesd, hee paying to his 2 sisters 2 bowles of .............
Corn, always provided that if ye sd heyre Dye Intestate, that the 
above ............ Deponed to ye Eldest Daughter shee paying to the 
next Daughter the 2 bowles of Corn above mentioned but 
it if please God that if the ..................... heyre viz the sone
Doe Dye, and that ye father ..... ...... come to have a sone by {another}?
wife & it soe Deprive the Daughter of ye heyreship, then all those 
....................................... as the rest ...... Deponed to ye other 
children living; And further in case ye sone .......... and inheritt
The Daughters are to have five pounds betwixt them in low(lieu?) of
all their prt of goods Due by the mother; but however agreed
that if the heyre Dye Intestate, and the Eldest Daughter be also Deprived
of ye heyreship ......, ye sone of a latter wife that shee only shall have the
2 Days ........... of hay laid(?), and the other Daughter all the rest
The mother Doth give ye heyre .............................................
continually and her ............ of 3 brass if there be soe many & no more
