Issabell Kermod depted this life about ye 30th of July 1678 Intestat, wherof the Church having Intelligince hath decreed that wheras by [formr] order of Cort of the 18th of May 1674 this orphants goods due by the mother was to be suspended upon her selfe, because of her loathsome *…….* and that by the care of the Father: none of the [Kinread] [undertakeing] the Charge, as in the *……* order more at large appeares : The [Cort] as [aforsd] doth decree, that the Father be admnr of wt is [unexpended], and to bestow the same upon the other infirm Childe with its own goods according to ye [first] order, whereupon the Relations are herby *……* of and not to leave any pte of their goods what soever since they have [merly] neglected their obligacon (naturrally) in this behalfe, now for *…….* yeares past.
