queathed his Soule to god & his body to christian buriall.
First he left one hogg to Katherin Cubbon   It: to his Son

wch was in her owne custody & if shee would not be 
satisfied wth ye sd. 20d Shee should have but 6d legacie.
It he gave all his goods moveable & unmoveable unto his 
Son Thomas in Contract bargin except five shillings .......
............... worth of goods he reserved in his owne custody
............ to leave unto ye child who best Deserved ye same
and loving his son who Deserved it best he left him
his pte of ye Lands his pte of ye pott & his pte of a chest
........... he nominated constituted & appointed his sd
Son Tho: executor of all ye rest of his 
goods moveable & unmoveable.
