The last will and testament of Bahey Kelley als Stean who De
parted this life May ye 19th 1678
First she bequeathed her Soule to god and her body to Christian
buriall.
Itm: She bequeathed to be bestowed upon ye poore at her
funerall 1 piece of a firlett of mault, a mutton & .... firlett
of oat meal
Itm: To her Sone Phi: Stean her parte of ye cropp of Corne
wth all husbandrie gears belonging to ye farme.
Item to ye above Phi: Stean and his Sister Catherin Stean
her parte of all ye vessells belonging to ye house equally
between them.
Item to Isabell Caine a petticote and blankett
Item to Isabell Caine wife to Tho: Stean a wastecote
Item to her Daughter Catherin a ............... wth all
her shapen linen and wolen & a blankett
Item to her Son John a sheep
Item to her Son William a sheep

Lastly she constituted and ordained her husband Finlo
Stean her true and lawfull executor of all ye rest of
her goods moveable and immoveable, and he to bring up

said children and all Debts to be paid by ye Exe: out of
ye whole goods
She appointed Jo: Cowley
& her bro: Wm Kelley overseers of ye her above children.
