Jaine Corrin (als Caine) E mc 0991644 June ye 26th 1679 Conchan This day the within Will: Corrin came before me, and hath acknowledged ye within bargain of Contract to be his and his wives voluntary act and Deed in every par ticular, and whereas it was his wives Desire upon her Death was to leave unto her husband Wm. Corrin one ox for a legacy, and to her nephew Rich. Corrin, one heifer of three years old, now ye said Wm. Corrin, and his son John have mutually agreed upon before me that his father Wm. Corrin shall have ye ox as it was left ............... and ye sd. Rich. shall have a cow in lieu of ye heifer for all his goods that might or could arrise Due to him by ye Death of his Aunt Jaine Corrin alias Caine, all this was agreed on before me. Thos.
