In the name of God Amen, I William Costen being sick in body 
but whole in mind Doe make my last Will and Testament.
First I ......... and bequeath my Soule to allmighty God my
Creator and redeemer and my body to Christian buriall.  Itt. I
bequeath unto my Sone in law Henry Callow 6d Legacie and to 
my only Daughter his wife 6d Legacy. Itt. I bequeath unto my wife
Elizabeth Corlet ............... ......... so much remain all ...............
......  Itt. I bequeath unto my Sone Simon Executor of all  my 
halfe of the Goods moveable and immoveable and to pay all just
Debts as far as my goods will extend.   [document creased within itself here]  my step=
Daughter Jane Crisley(?)  my share of the croft that [document creased]
Gobevibinna(?).  Itt. I bequeath unto my Son Simon my best Suit of
Clothes Coat breaches Doublett and hatt.  In witness of this to be my
Acts and Deeds I have caused this to be written this the fifth Aug
1679.

years and amounts to ___________ 02-15-03

At KK Lezayre ye 21st of October 1679

Henry Callow (Son in law to ye Testator) having .......... a Contract largely(?)
proved before ye Deemster ......... wherein the Testator promised the sd Henry ..........
a part of his  Executorship at the later Day, the Court therefore upon good .................
.............. taken of the Land(?) hath ordered that the sd Henry shall have a 
part of his sd Executorship according to ye Contents of the sd Contract, and hath
given him joynt Executorship .................................. Executorship wth ...............
