In nomine Dei, Amen, I Bahee Tear being sick in
body, but of good & perfect memory praise be God, Do make
my last Will and Testament in form and manner following.

First I commit my soul into ye hands of Almighty God
my creator, hopeing that through ye meritorious Death and 
Passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and Redeemer, to 
have free pardone and forgiveness of all my sinns; and as 
for my body to be buried in Christian buriall, at ye Dis=
cretion of my Executor hereafter named. 

Item I give and bequeath unto my brother Jo: Tear
sixpence legasie; Item I leave unto my sister Kath: Tear
sixpence legasie; Item I bequeath unto my Daughter Jonie
Kaughin, a Petticoat and a Blanket; Item I constitute and 
ordaine my true and lawfull husband Dollin Garret Executor
of all ye rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.

	           	 In regard ye Executor is old and not
		          able to travell; Therefore his oath is 
		          taken by me.

A true and perfect Inventory of ye good moveable and un
moveable of Bahee Tear, taken and prised by 4 sworne
