Carr Vicars generall and Jon. Carr Episcopal
Regr. this Ensuinge Decree was made.

Issa: Kneen Departed this life about All hallowtyde
last Intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence
hath Decreed her Brother & Sister vizt. John William, Betty and
Jony Kneen Admrs. of all her goods moveable and 
unmoveable whatsoever, the children at age vizt.
Jo: and Betty are Sworn Supervisors of ye under
age accordinge to Law.  The Court hath joined Wm.
Kneale ye uncle Supervisor wth ye Daughter in regard
ye Boy Jo: is yet incapable.  Decretum est el Solivit .....

Salvo tamen uinuig
Suo quine

The goods included in ye fathers and mothers
Inventory. 
			That the fathers parts of 
this Childs goods is Discharged and paid unto Jony
Jon. and Betty Kneen as appointed in Lib 1678 and ye
Pledges acquitted.
